C Track is not what it promises to be

I received a notification from C Track on the 30th of November alerting me that my car had not been seen on their system etc. I called their call centre on the very Saturday were I was advised to book my car in with their repair centre. I booked the car in and had it attended to. 48 hours later, I received another alert saying my car has not been registering on they system for the last 48 hours. A technician came to look at my car on the 10th and promised that all will be sorted. Today is the 12 and my car is still not working, should anything happen to my car I will not have anyone else to blame but C Track.
