I am not happy with tracker company, i have been using tracker since from 2011, with the option of retrieve and i have been paying something like two hundred and something so the funny part of this is i wanted to check the system is working and i phoned tracker to check for me where my car is and they told me that they cant check the car for me because the option that i have choose d it only works when the is an emergency this when they will locate the car so the person who i was communicating with adv aced me to choose the sky track option wish is better and affordable so i decided to change the retrieve option to sky track but the funny part of it for that one of retrieve i was paying more because this sky track one i am now paying 199 a month so it simply mean that all along i have been paying more than i was suppose to and no one said anything about that, now need the difference that i was paying for 3 years please help.
