Chubb
Illegally Debit my account

I have multiple properties being monitored by Chubb. Due to their Incompetence the mixed up the billing of my accounts and have on 1 account an outstanding amount and on another a positive.

After Numerous attempts to have this settled and speaking to their accounts department they decided to debit me for the "outstanding" amount on 1 account without my permission while the other account is in positive.

The General feeling when dealing with Chubb is at most unprofessional and not willing to take accountability of their incompetent staff

If anyone would ask me would I recommend dealing with Chubb I would recommend NO!

I view this in a serious light and as breach of contract we signed. If the money is not returned to me IMMEDIATELY I shall proceed to cancel my services!
