Double Debits

Good day,

I am plain down fed up with Chubb now, I want them to remove their stupid system I don't want it anymore.

I signed a contract with them 26 November 2012 but the thing is they never install a proper security system as their were a existing system from the previous owner I never knew that that stupid system didn't work. When I realize that It didn't work I contact the call center and technical team, they have send out someone and the person said that this thing was broken. This system hasn't work since the previous owner left.

So they want to charge me R3000 for something that was not broken by me. I keep on paying for a stupid system that does not work. The other thing is they have debit my account 3 times this month R500 R468 and R280 don't know why are they doing this I want to cancel this stupid contract I am a pensioner and chubb is pensioners they are a bunch of. They don't explain people properly they just install the system and after that your money
