Insurance not FEEDBACK

Please be advised my husband met with an accident 28/11/2012, documents with the accident report and Third Parties Insurance Information was all sent through to our Insurance. Its is now two months the vehicle as been repaired where I had to pay excess R1500.00. This will have to claimed back from the Third Party since she hit the red robot causing her to hit into our car. However she as advised that no one from out Insurance have contacted her until 05/01/2013. What pathic Service Indwe. I pay my insurance premiums diligently every month, but if I were i miss one month they will cancel the Insurance. I have sent two email to the legal department in one week still no response this was sent last week. Tried calling them no answer. I need to know what"s happening because I was told by consultant it will take 4-6 weeks to get our refund but it is now two months.
