Bad Service and ripoff prices

I Have spent the last 2 hours on hold literally waiting to cancel my FNB car insurance. I actually timed this just to see how shocking the service is. I am actually embarrassed to say FNB is my bank as well. I have been attempting to cancel my insurance since the end of last month, when I discovered Barker insurance offers me home insurance car insurance tracker carry out cellphone insurance and electronics insurance for my home for R600 rand cheaper than FNB is charging me for my car alone thats ignoring the fact that my vehicle is insured for 210k at fnb and barker is insuring for 260k.

I am starting to thing that there is nobody in the cancellations department to try irritate people into postponing cancellation. absolute rubbish. even telkom answers their call center in half the time and we all know that their infrastructure has more issues than the middle east so they can viably claim high call volumes.

also keep in mind this is after I argued with the fnb broker to drop my insurance because of price which he did by almost 400 rand and its still a ripoff they wanted 1% of the car value per month I could buy a second car for their premium.

I want this cancelled immediately
