NO ANSWER!!! NO RESPONSE!!!

I SUBMITTED A INSURANCE CLAIM ON THE 18 NOVEMBER 2013. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER! I HAVE TRIED PHONING THE CALL CENTRE NUMEROUS AMOUNTS OF TIMES BUT I DON'T SEEM TO GET TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT AS I AM ON HOLD FOR EVER. ON THE CLAIM FORM IT STATES THE FOLLOWING - "PLEASE NOTE: This claim will take approximately 24 hours when this application is 100% complete, with all information verified." IT HAS ALMOST BEEN A MONTH! I HAVE GONE INTO A MTN STORE AND ASKED WHETHER THEY CAN TELL ME WHAT THE PROGRESS IS AND THEY ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY WOULD BE PUT ON HOLD JUST AS I HAVE BEEN. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM AND HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR SERVICES THAT I AM NOT BENEFITING FROM.
