Reschedule (without notice) nightmares!

I have now been with ADT for exactly one month, and I have had 5 CANCELLED - but without prior notice off course - technical call-outs just to replace the remotes that never worked from day 1. Even my initial consultant appointment was rescheduled, but off course I had to phone to find out where they were, when they said -"Oh, we can only send someone out tomorrow..." If I have to phone that stupid telephone with the annoying ADT ads one more time I am going to break something. The main problem is, they schedule the things during office hours, which means I have to put in leave for this, and each time they don't pitch. Luckily I have phoned once before I drove to my house for the appointment, but after a heated conversation with Nkosana who promised me I will be the first call this morning, I assumed I could 'take the chance' and be home for it. Obviously, again, they never arrived. ADT your customer service is probably the worst that I have ever experienced and I can tell you have this reputation from looking at the Hellopeter responses (7% ratio... well done ADT). If SA didn't have such a need for security, you would be out of business a long time ago. You are pathetic.
