Around November 2012 I purchased a new car and requested the tracker device moved from my old car to my new car as I have done in the past for all my other cars. From the time that I had the unit installed in the car I have had problems with the assist button in my car I have had tracker replace the unit and it did not work for long at all.

Now I receive a mail from tracker with a settlement quotation from "Aadil Naidoo" giving me 2 options to cancel my contract with tracker. I for one did not request a cancellation all I want is for the unit to be fixed.

The service that I have received from tracker is shocking and pathetic. Why is it that I had to phone the technician that installed my tracking device to complain about the service that in receiving... this is not on there is a reason why there is a call centre...

The so called MD of tracker should relook how his/her staff are treating paying clients that have been with them for a long time.

If my car gets hijacked or tracker will have to deal with m insurance company to sort out all payments to have my car replaced.
