Account handover 1 payment missed BAD ATTITUDE

I received a SMS this morning that my ADT account was handed over to dept collectors. I apparently missed ONE payment.
I have a debit order with ADT- last month with all the public holiday debit orders went off on different dates apparently theirs did not.

Not once did any one phone tell me it did not go off.

Today I am handed over to NUDEPT!!! What a bunch of...
