No update after making a mess of my request

I requested a vehicle, house, household contents quote last week on Hippo. I received a call from Earl Metherell who took me through the quoting process for Budget Insurance. I took the cover & requested that a tracker Alert be installed in my vehicle which was still brand new in the dealership.
I later on requested Earl to install a Tracker Skytrax & not the Alert before the tracker gentleman went to install the device. Earl did not update my request thus Tracker did not receive my request & a Tracker Alert device was installed in my vehicle at the dealership.
After receiving the installation certificate from tracker i noticed that a Tracker Alert was installed in the vehicle.
I tried calling Earl the following day & his landline went unaswered & i then went further & sent him an email & copied the tracker consultant advising them both that the incorrect traking device was installed in my car. Earl then sent me an email advising me that he would fix the problem. And he still has not.

Yesterday, 28 January 2013 i personally called tracker and Budget insurance to fix the matter but i am still waiting fot the replacement call. What irritates me is that Earl got comission for nada.
