Once again, my service was deativated yesterday & when I contacted Multichoice, the agent told me it was a mistake & my services was reconnected. Later yesterday, another agent contacted me & we had a long heated argument about my account being in arrears dispite confirmation that my account is up to date. Sure, somebody there dont know what they are doing. I cannot afford to spend 30 minutes on the phone every month with them & I still have to foot the telephone bill because of their incompetence.
