2nd complaint and it keeps getting worse

I logged complaint some weeks ago about how i was given incorrect information by a multichoice agent... I got a call from a gentleman who works at the complaints dept, though i was not happy with the outcome, a debit order was activated without my knowledge, i was given a R100 off discount. i went to pay my Dstv yesterday and I'm told i have an outstanding amount of a R120 i was quite shocked i must say and asked why is that. The response was because we gave you a discount and you requested the debit order to be cancelled so you need to pay it back (mind you the debit order was not suppose to be active in the first place) i don't see why i have to be coughing out money to Multichoice after all it doesn't grow on trees. I'm even thinking to get legal advise because I've really had it!!!
