I bought a phone last year and took the game Cellular insurance which I was supposed to be paying R71 a month. I received an sms today only 23/02/2013 to receive my policy number after 3 months of purchasing my phone. The sms stats I would be debited that amount on the 25th of Feb and every month. I filled in the form and stated my account be debited on the 28th of every month. I called in the call centre and they said that they will change the date to the 28th of every month and the agent then told me that my account will still be debited on the 25th of Feb and if it rejects payments then I will be debited on the 28th of March as to which I Will pay double the amount, then agent said to me that I did not make any payments for the month of January as well, how is that my fault when they do not do their job correctly, because I never received any debit order of R71 on the 25th of January. So now I have to pay triple the amount on the 28th of March. I would really like to cancel my policy as they do not know what they doing, I wonder what will happen when I need to claim my phone being?
