Terrible customer service, no feedback!!!

Three Weeks ago we requested activation of 3 new decoders at our guest house, we already have 10 and want 13 at the end of the day, in order to offer more channels to our guests. We have been sending e-mail after e-mail, spoke to them on the phone and everything but still NO reply what so ever!! no decoder has been authorised for activation yet!!! this is terrible and the staff at the call centres are clueless as to their own product!! We are at the brink of cancelling all our accounts at multichoice! who needs a product with NO service delivery offered, its a waste of money!!
