Multichoice overcharge and still have not refunded

I have resorted to Hellopeter as the Multichoice call centre cannot exist. And i have explained the whole saga three times to them.

For years, i had a HD PVR linked to a std PVR with Xtraview. I also had another HD PVR which was linked to my account for family members use. So essentially i paid for Two PVR subscriptions and two access subscriptions.
In October, i cancelled the one PVR subscription from my account. So i therefore only now have 1 HD PVR, linked to a std PVR with xtraview.

AT the end of October, i was charged the same amount as September - Two subscriptions. In November i was also charged for two subscriptions. When queried, it was agreed that i had been overcharged and the money would be refunded. At the end of December, my account balance was R199 and the refund of R1004 would have been paid to me. Needless to say it hasn't.

Today, MC call centre agent says her system shows a journal has been created but rejected and she cannot tell me why. After speaking to her supervisor, the amount owed has dropped to R904 and they will now create a journal. I will be refunded within 7 working days.

The problem is this is the third time i have been promised 7 days. NOT HAPPY!
