At the end of April i called in to Multichoice to change my package, i was told that even though i changed the package i would still be debited the full premium subscription but i could request that the credit on the account be refunded. I then called them after the money was debited and the consultant told me i would have my credit amount refunded within 7 working days. i phoned in today and this consultant says i have a credit on the account that's less than the amount i was expecting because they thought while they have my money they will forward bill me for the next month. After eventually being transferred to what i was told was a manager i then found out that the consultant that i initially spoke to made a mistake with the refund and now because of this i have to wait another 14 working days. i dont see why i should be inconvenienced because of an error made by this consultant.
