Overcharged- With no explanation

Recreation & Entertainment

I was charged an amount of R528.72 for a compact subscription; was made aware of this when I went through my bank statement. on the 28th March I made a call and spoke to a Charmaine who assured me that a journal would be made to return the extra money.

2nd April I made a call to find out the progress and the consultant (name forgotten) assured me that it takes 7 working days to complete a journal process and advised me to call on Thursday the 4th April. I made a follow up call on Friday the 05th April and spoke to a Bridget Mbhele who told me my journal was not submitted and would initiate another journal process; however I requested she put me forward to her supervisor because it was not my fault that the previous 2 consultant or were incompetent.

I held on the line for almost 3 quarters of an hour with no luck whilst I held on to be put through to the supervisor, but Bridget said the supervisor was occupied on another call with a client but assured me my money would be returned on Sunday the 7th or Monday the 8th the latest.

she would be starting work in the afternoon on the 8th April and thus will call me to find out the outcome. Still awaiting feedback from he
