TAKE LONG TO REFUND

I made an error and paid Multichoice twice and then requested a refund on 28 March 2013!! I was first told it would take 48 hours, then it went to between 7 and 10 days and this was in between being told in all this time each time I phoned that my refund request was pending (earning interest in their account more like it), It is now 14 days and no refund has been forthcoming and the last call centre person I spoke to said she would escalate it to her supervisor and get this matter sorted out!!! It amazes me that if you don't pay your monthly amount they are very quick to cut your DSTV, but them refunding well who knows how long it is going to take!!!
