Delay in Refunding Double Payment

We pay our Multichoice account annually. In error we made a double payment of R7205, the second payment made in error on the 17th of March 2013. We informed them of the error and requested a refund on the 1st of April 2013. We have since been sent from pillar to post, firstly the account was sitting in the finance department, then the cheque was on it's way but geneerally "the account is pending". A statement has been received showing the credit balance - so there is no dispute. All we want is the refund.
