Multichoice
No refund

Contacted dstv call centre on tuesday to advise that myaccount was debited yet I paid via eft on the 26/10/2013 I did not even set up a debit order yet multichoice went into my account without my authorisation and took my money, called the call centre again today to fjnd out how far is my refund and was told its still pending, this is ridiculous really that u go into my bank account and take my money yet I paid. I was told that my refund ammount is about R170 yet my account was debited for R277 I want that whole ammount refunded and will escalate this further as I did not setup a debit order with dstv
