DSTV HAS THE WORST INCOMPETENT SERVICE

I am so tired of dealing with DSTV"s incompetent service filled with empty promises and people that tell you thinsg that are not true. I have had three bad encounters with DSTV over the last 3months. First was NOV, were i had cancelled my subscription because i was moving house and was told i would not get charged for DEC and i was charged. Called to explain and was promised a refund and told it was being processed, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Called in Jan to enquire about my refund and to reopen contract for Feb and was told i owed them. I explained that they had taken my money and the lady who explained the debit order signup had not explained the charge issue but told me i"d get a credit, WHICH I DID NOT GET. Spoke to a manager who said he would follow up and call me back and THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Then, i called last week to enquire about the status of my issue and this months installment and was reassured that i would not extra and that my issue was being dealt with. This morningi woke up to an sms notifying of how much money DSTV helped itself to. I AM OUTRAGED BY ALL OF THIS THAT I AM REALLY considering signing up for TOP TV. I AM TIRED OF DSTV & ALL THE EXPENSIVE long useless CALLS
