Bad service for over a yea

Clearwater numetro have the worst service i have experienced a cinema. my fiance and i had purchased this movie card allowing us to accumulate points or get movie tickets at a discount from clearwater numetro. we lost the card and then purchased a new one. it has been over a year and they are still sending this card to us.
They spell our addresses incorrectly all the time when we do complain to them, they don't read anything over to double check or get back to us with any feed back as to when hey decide on sending it to us. We will never go back to clearwater numetro again.

Not only do they have the worst service but they blamed exclusive books for all the inconvenience.

Very upset!!!
