Good day,

I recently cancelled my contract with DSTV and my twin brother took it over. This change took place just before debit order details could be changed. So the debit for the premium went off, which i was aware off on the 27/07/2013, which i was aware of. I then called the and asked for a refund, which the consultant happily said she would request and it would take 7 days. I then waited until 12/08/2013, and called in again and spoke to Lindani who again told me the refund had not gone through, but that he would send the request through again and i would have to wait another 7 days. i politely explained to him i am not prepared to wait another 7 days, as i was to previously. He then said that he will ensure that the refund will be done by the 13/08/2013. Well its now the 14/08/2013.

I am really not impressed with the service i have received from DSTV.
