ON THE 27th OCTOBER 2013 I UPGRADED FROM THE DSTV COMPACT TO THE DSTV EXTRA AND EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO, THEN THE CONSULTANT ADVISED ME TO SWITCH TO A DEBIT ORDER PAYMENT INSTEAD OF PAYING CASH, HOWEVER I WAS SUPRISED TO SEE A DEBIT ORDER OF R475 WHICH THEY TOLD I WILL ONLY PAY R304 AFTER WHICH I QUERIED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DIFFERENCE IS FOR THE "FOWARD BILLING" WHICH NO ONE BOTHERED TO EXPLAIN BEFORE I COULD AGREE TO SWITCHING TO THE DEBIT ORDER, I ONLY FOUND OUT ABOUT IT AFTER I PHONED TO ENQUIRE ABOUT IT. NOW I OWE R193 WHICH I HAVE TO PAY OR THEY ARE GOING TO SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE TO PAY AN R50 FOR THE RE-CONNECTION FEE WHICH WAS NOT MY FAULT.
