Holding for over 20 minutes!!!

I have been tryig to reconnect my dstv account and i have been on hold for 5minutes with no
Voice prompts!!! I keep calling an im bein billed for no conversation. I jave called for a total of 20 minutes
Am almost out of airtime and my account. Is still not
Activated!!!

This is not acceptable for such a big company!!! Now i cannot call back as
I have used up most of my airtime which means NO TV IN THIS HOUSE TONIGHT!
