DSTV Cut Connection yet takes debit payments

On Easter weekend DSTV cut our service because we have not had the time to swap our smart card for a new one. This is a monopoly that needs to understand about customer service, how dare they cut the service but have taken payment for this period. I look forward to investigating a criminal charge against the CEO, laying a complaint with the consumer protection body and publishing this in the media.
