2 hours of holding on!!!

We have had no signal since yesterday morning - have been holding on to the call centre line for over 2 hours listening to DSTV saying how they wish to delight their customers - well there is no delight in not receiving a service you are paying for and running up a phone bill. The result is absolute frustration, still no signal.
PS - been holding on while typing this as well - still nothing...
