I have now tried 3 times to get through to the call center to have an issue resolved with absolutely no luck. Last night I held on for 11 minutes before I eventually gave up. What is even worse is that you are hammered with all kinds of largely irrelevant messages, but no mention of waiting time or place in queue is given (bar the first update when you start holding). On top of that you pay expensive call rates while you are holding on for their inability/bad service.
