above is the error message i get i have contacted your customer care and held for 30 Minutes waisted all my airtime i currently have no airtime. I cant understand why a person must wait so long on hold. The last time i got an immediate response is when i voiced my displeasure of the multichoice service on Hello Peter i hope i willl get a response.
