Holding on for ages to add a bouquet

Hi there
I have been trying to add a bouquet onto my current package and have been holding on for ever. Your options to choose from are terrible. Why dont you have a separate option for people wanting to add services. I understand support calls can take time to resolve but surely you want to assist customers wanting to give you more business.
I have tried contacting the helpdesk a few times this morning and have now given up
