Very poor service, always wait long for bad servic

Passing the buck.spoke to consultant told me my request was resolved come to find out it has never been resolved and this is not the first time it happens .multichoice gives poor service, you wait more than 20 Min just to get through to a consultant .and to top it of playing the same movies over and over again and the monthly subscription has just gone up again .ridiculous service . very unhappy with the service.
