A machine would operate much better than the clowns working at the Multichoice Commercial Subscription department. I am currently on 32 minutes on my cellphone listening to some poor music waiting for a consultant. The previous calls I made was 42 minutes and 33 minutes respectively without a consultant being able to help me. NO Info on how long it will take to answer my call approximately. Really disgustingly pathetic.
