These two ladies refused to assist me with paying my dstv account there at pep cell store. i was told systems were down to be able to pay. i called multichoice and had a specialist who wanted to assist by by passing the system via theirs and giving them codes wich would help in unlocking the offline system. i was told by these ladies that i have to wait for an hour for an agent that is not here and on lunch as apparently she had the computer with multichoice services on it. they refused to assist and i was told ill have to wait for an hour for another teller or consultant to come back but they were there in store. NOT ONLY THAT THE MANNER IN which they provided customer service was appauling.i find it unexceptable that i have to wait for someone who is not at the store when there are people who work there not doing anything just because " computer belongs to one agent" even worse Bathabile is a superior for her not to know what customer service is. Secondly i do not believe that multichoice were down at the store for me to pay my account as i was online with customer care at multichoice. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SHOULD BE ABOLISHED. They refused to give me managers number to complain.
