MULTICHOICE TOO BIG TO CARE!!!

To whom this may concern (For the third time)

I had visited Multichoice 01.04.13 to pay for my months subscription and reconnect after a month of not reconnecting the service. I was asked to pay an extra R94 for service i did not receive or use. I found this highly upsetting because they claimed the service was still running for three days (which i did not receive) and demanded i pay that before i would be reconnected. The consultant at teller no. 40 had called somebody from the back office to assist and explain this to me and explained to me that they do not have the authority to overide that fee and only the Branch Manger could do that. They directed me to log a complaint with the front desk and i was rudely shown to the workstations to log my complaint. BUT my gripe i havew is that late in last year they did a smartcard software upgrade and i had four days of no connection thereafter. I had even returned my decoder for another as they said it was the problem but it was not as i still had no connection. It resulted in me getting my installer to check the cabling and still nothing wrong. MULTICHOICE Please call me as characters are not enough for my complaint and want to complete this
