DSTV POOR SERVICE!!!

20 May 2013 multichoice suspended my service because according to the operator my smart card needs to be swapped (customer number 90011859). I stay in Centurion and there is no place near me to swap my card, my working hours do not allow me to go and get it done, I have to take a full day's leave and that is just ridiculous. I paid for a full month and my Dstv was cut off in the middle of the month.
Complaint 2: I keep on getting smses that my email address is not correct and if I go to self service on the web-page, my email address is correct.
Complaint 3:Dstv keep telling me that they can not take debit orders from me because I am giving them my wrong ID, the ID nr that I give to them is not the same as the ID nr on my bank account.
Tired of struggling with poor service...
