Multichoice terminated our smart card because they say that we need to swap our smart card for a newer version. They also state that the swapping of the smart card would be effortless and won't cost anything. What multichoice do not know is the hours we've spent on the phone trying to locate a branch that will do the swap andwen you get there and queed for hours they did not have smart cards in stock. To mysurprise our smart card was terminated and we can't watch dstv because we need to swap our card. I am going to cancel my multichoice subscription because of the fact that they don't seem to be aware of the frustrations their subscribers go through to no avail. So multichoice please pay the money that I have in credit with you back to me as soon a possible. I am disgusted and frustrated with your service
