I went to Multichoice Southgate to get my decoder checked and i was told that it was damaged and i was asked to pay R365 to swap the decoder for a new one. After getting the new decoder and got it tested at the centre, the decoder did not work at my house. I called muntichoice call centre and told them about the LNB error i get and they suggested that i get accredited installer to come and fix it. i called the installer and the South gate centre and they all want me to pay R350. I suggested that they take back the decoder and allow me to buy the full DSTV dish and decoder for R600 which will be cheaper but they say i must pay Extra R600. No one knows who to contact and get my query resolved in muntichoice, from call centre to South Gate branch. Now a wanted to return the decoder and get my R365 to but the other service provider dish and they say it is not possible cause it is on my name.
I asked to sped to the manager at the south Gate branch and was told that she is not available.
All i want is to get the pay channel working.
