Sorry sir there is nothing I can do. Upgrade your 50inch full hd telefunken tv. Your HD pvr decoder is not compatible with your tv. Our older model decoder was was working fine on that tv. That is the answer from MULTICHOICE contact centre when I phoned about decoder remote not responding to decoder when tv is on.
