Had Dstv installed (15-05-2013) was able to see channel bar at bottom of screen but no picture -black screen
call centre agent advised /tried many steps to rectify but failed - was advised to come through to walk in centre for further assistance. At the umhlanga walk in centre decoder was tested and same error continued was advised this
time a new decoder / replacement decoder needed. New decoder was purchased when tested Error E107-4
displayed on screen consultant assured error would be rectified during the course of the day due to system delays - this was at 12:17pm. I connected the decoder at home at 17:14pm and the same error is displayed
E107-4 contacted the call centre once again went through the motions once again which failed and was told return to walk in centre because they would need to rectify it. Frankly i don't care who is to blame i have done as advised to the Letter now could someone knowledgeable rectify this please
