Last year August i paid for my dish at Pick n Pay they made a mistake and missed one digit then multichoice disconnected my dish then i called them they asked for the ref number from the slip that i used to pay i called them gave them them the ref number and threw the slip away, they activated my account all was well then the following month came i paid they still disconnected when i called them they told me about the previous month i told them about last month incident they said i need to fax proof of payment for last month i told i threw the slip away they said if i don't have proof i have to pay again so since then the dish is disconnected every month i spend close to R90.00 airtime calling their call center explaining myself every month and i pay reconnection fees every month every time i asked for a manager or supervisor they are not available this is just not acceptable
