Dish still not working-72 hours Late

I made payment to Multichoice on 03.08.2012 at 10am to reconnect my dish. After paying at checkers, i was given call center numbers for Jhb and Pta to call to inform them, i did that. Trevor told me he cant reconnect until payment reflects which will take 48 hours On Monday, 04.08 at 08:30 Paseka confirmed that he had reconnected, in the evening when i got home i found an Error message E30-4."Please wait a few minutes for your subscription status to be verified. Contact the call center for assistance if the message is not cleared within 2minutes."I then called the call center and waited 15 minutes to be assisted as i was called 37, only for the guy to not give a solution after he requested i switch everything off etc. We got disconnected because my airtime finished. I then followd up with Paseka on Tuesday and this morning, then he referred me to Dot net [Email Removed] mailed and my mail was rejected.
I am now sitting with a dish that is not working and i have paid the full month's subscription for. I have to date utilised R300 worth of airtime trying to resolve this, to no avail. Please help.
