Disconnected unfairly repeatedly

On the 01 Feb i had paid my account and faxed through my proof of payment and had to call in 3times in order to be connected. On the 8 Feb i had been disconnected again because my account was not credited. I called the call centre to inform them, they activated my account after confirming my details for the 4th time this month. I logged a complaint on hello peter on the 9 Feb where i was contacted by kathlego who assured me that i wouldn't have a problem again. I took his word for it.two days later i was disconnected again! Having calling them they activated my account stating that my account still hadn't been credited. On the 12th i was disconnected again! I called and was very upset, i had asked to speak to kathlego by till today he did not respond. And now at this present momentmy toptv is disconnected AGAIN FOR THE 4TH TIME!!! This is getting really fraustrating! it has cost me a lot to call toptv repeatedly this month which is not acceptable. Toptv is going to loose a lot of customers like this!
