On 20 March 2013 i made internet transfer of R325 and my Dish got switched off i then called explained that i made payment they they asked for proof of payment which i sent for the couple of months until today im still sitting with the same problem as the dish gets switched every month on the 23rd then i have to call in and explain the same story it is really a frustratration and i even went in at the Benoni branch where i explained to them the frustration i have go through every month they then told me it can take up to a 1year to allocate these funds i cannot go on like this sometimes i sit on the phone for up to an hour which is costing me money i dont have i have been with multichoice for over 3years now and this is unexceptable.
