On 06/02/13 I called your call centre, spoke to Nkululeko told her I have moved and needed my services disconnected as I had not found someone to install the dish, I asked her to please check how much is overdue as I do not want to pay for monies I do not know off, She checked and said to me not to worry I will be required to pay R640 should I have the dish installed that weekend, If you listen to the call I asked if this was the correct amount as I have a history of miscommunication from DSTV;s agents, Later on that day, I received an sms telling me my services were disconnected, to reconnect I need to pay R640 and use ref#1137483980771 (I have the sms). On 28/02/13 I call the call centre again, spoke to Benedictor and was very angry (Listen to the call), He managed to calm me down, assured me I did not have to pay the money as he was telling me about a R157 or something I needed to pay, He said he has cleared it and need not worry about it and I only had to pay R610, I asked him are you sure as I know there should be a reconnection fee, He said no because Feb was not a full month. I then transferred the money while he was on the phone, e-mailed him proof of payment. TIRED OF BEI
