Ridiculous call charges and I'm still not helped

I need to pair my smart card with a different decoder. I called to multichoice the first time and waited like 15 minutes because of the queue. When the lady picked up I asked her to call me back if my phone went off, the phone did go off and I did not receive any call back. That took like a R40 airtime... I went to buy me R40 airtime again, when I tried the second time I didn't even get through to the consultant. I really need this sorted but to contact them its too much money!!!
