Multichoice wasting all of my airtime

I baught a new decoder for my bedroom at my house and got someone to install it, now I have to phone multichoice to activate it wich is basically imposible due to them not answering phones in the call centre, I phoned them twice and each time I held on for longer than 13 minutes before deciding to put the phone down, I have wasted more than R60 worth of airtime on this and I think that it is unacceptable, I am also thinking of rather ending my subscription to DSTV.
