I have been in and out of multi choice for more than 5 times in a space of 3 months... the last time I was there they swapped it and they gave me a new one but they still put in the old smartcard... now today I woke up with an error message that my smart card is faulty... I take it in and the lady that helped me was very rude she made me look stupid when I asked her questions... she tells me that the smartcard is smaller than the new decoder I got so because of that I have to buy a new decoder... I asked her cant I just buy a new smart card she told me no I cant every decoder comes with smart card... I then asked her why then didnt I get a new smart card with the new decoder I got she said oooh well it was working when you left here so its your fault its messed up... this is bad I pay for service delivery not interruptions every time... now im stuck with a new decoder with an old smart card that doesn't work... im to the core... you guys need to sort this mess out
