WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I cancelled my sub with you in July 2012. I reconnected in Okt for 20 days. I got a bill for R500 for 20 days service. You always debited my account. When I wanted to join again today. after 20min on the phone I must hear that I still owe money for Okt 2012. If the debit order did not go through, I owe you, no problem. I was also told that I have been paying for insurance on the decoder since Okt 2011. I cannot remember requesting any insurance. After requesting proof that I agreed to insurance I was told that I cannot get it as it is internal information. According to law you must be able to give me any requested information.

IF I DID REQUEST INSURANCE, I WANT PROOF!!!
