Earlier today i wanted to rent a movie, sms'ed and system replied my number is not listed. went onto the website and updated my details as i am using a different number. Decided to rent the movie while i was online. Afterwards realising the movie is not displaying on my PVR, i contacted multichoice. This helpdesk informed me if you book online, it is only for desktop view, not for PVR. Asked him if my order could please be changed??? He replied, sorry, nothing he can do, i need to whatch it on my PC, if i don't want to, i would have to rent it again on the PVR. So, this movie costed me R50 to whatch (which i had to pay as i am not going to use my bandwidth aswell).
I went through box office's website, and nowhere it stipulates that if you rent a movie online, it would only be available on the PC. I can't believe this and hope a refund would be given.
